Hotel room reservations are the sole responsibility of the individual. PayrollOrg is not responsible for any issues related to reservations that the individual makes directly with the hotel. This includes final payments or adjustments. To guarantee the hotel reservation a credit card must be provided at the time of booking the hotel reservation. It is highly recommended to use a credit card versus a debit card at check-in.
